We offer free insured first-class mail on all orders! Expect your order to arrive 5–7 business days after it has been sent out. Note that all Ruth Barzel Jewelry items are made to order; most items are sent out within 3 to 5 days after your order has been placed.

If you need your order sooner, please call (571) 243-4289 or e-mail ruth@ruthbarzel.com. In most cases, expedited production and shipping can be arranged.

Currently, Ruth Barzel Jewelry Design ships only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We apologize that shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO, and international locations is unavailable at this time.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, We also accept payments via PayPal.

Taxes
Because we are based in Virginia, we are required to charge 5% sales tax on all orders, regardless of the destination to which it is being shipped.

Packaging
All jewelry is packaged in elegant custom jewelry boxes with the Ruth Barzel logo. Perfect for gifts!

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your new, unworn jewelry for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, within 14 days after it was shipped.

Please call (571) 243-4289 or e-mail ruth@ruthbarzel.com to make return arrangements. Jewelry must be in its original packaging with tags still attached. Please pack the jewelry carefully and insure your package for the full value. We cannot be responsible for jewelry that is lost or damaged during transit.

Jewelry Care
Ruth Barzel jewelry is delicate and needs to be treated with care. To prevent tarnishing, store your jewelry in the small plastic Ziplock bag that it came in. For necklaces and bracelets, leave one end hanging out of the corner of the bag; this prevents tangling.

If your jewelry becomes tarnished, you can give it a quick dip in Tarn-X™. Do not soak jewelry in Tarn-X™ for more than a few seconds. After dipping your jewelry, rinse it in cool water and pat it dry with paper towels.

Repairs
If your jewelry needs repair, please call (571) 243-4289 or e-mail ruth@ruthbarzel.com to make arrangements. If the jewelry has broken due to a defect, we will repair it free of charge. If breakage is due to wear and tear, we charge a small fee for repairs.
